Our Team
Kathryn Roddy, PMHNP
Clinician
I work with adolescents and adults managing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, developmental disorders, and related mental health challenges. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide medication management, genetic testing, and psychotherapy informed by both clinical practice and research. My approach is thoughtful, evidence-based, and individually tailored.
My practice aims to create a space where clients feel safe, supported and valued. Whether we are exploring medication options, navigating a new diagnosis, or working through long-standing behavioral patterns, my goal is to help you feel informed and empowered to take an active role in your care. My work emphasizes education and collaboration to help you build insight, confidence, and a deeper sense of well-being.
Melissa Kaeli, PMHNP
Clinician
I work with adults navigating ADHD, addiction, mood disorders, anxiety, and PTSD who hope to gain relief, clarity, and a path forward. In additional to psychiatric services, I am able to write letters of support for those seeking gender affirming care. My practice strives to be inclusive and LGBTQIA2S+ competent, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where your mental, emotional, and physical health are equally valued.
I currently have availability for adult medication management, offering a holistic and personalized approach to treatment. Together, we’ll focus on reducing symptoms, restoring balance, and building a sustainable plan for long-term mental well-being. My goal is to help you regain clarity, strengthen resilience, and support meaningful healing and growth.
